Oxynon®
The recent progress in material development in the field of Powder Metallurgy is
remarkable.
Sintering equipment is now required to have more precise control of atmosphere and temperature.
In response KYK developed the "OXYNON®" sintering furnace in 1999 which provides an ultra low oxygen partial pressure inside the furnace.
The "Carbon-Carbon composite belt" used for the "OXYNON®" furnace made possible a belt-conveyance at ultra high temperature up to 2500℃.
This unique "OXYNON®" is being used for the Next Stage such as brazing of aluminum
("OxynonCAB®), titanium, steel, stainless steel, etc.
