Steel pipe bright heat treatment furnace with a built-in DX gas generator

Energy-saving heat treatment furnace utilizing the waste heat
from generation for preheating Heat treatment equipment using exothermic generated gas (DX gas) used to require an independent gas generator,
where a large amount of heat energy generated during DX gas generation was wasted with cooling water.
KYK's new design incorporated the DX gas generator into the
heating section of the furnace to efficiency utilize the generated
heat for preheating. In combination with KYK's high efficiency burners, the new system achieved a 30% to 50%
energy saving compared to conventional systems.
Cooling water consumption can also be reduced
by half.

DX gas generation and gas flow

●DX gas generator is incorporated into the furnace to utilize the generation heat
   for preheating.
●Combustion exhaust gas is dehydrated and provided to the furnace as the atmosphere
   DX gas.
●Products are loaded for bright or bluing heat treatment.
